What you’ll be doing

In this role, you'll be the first face our visitors see and an integral part of our team's daily life. Your main tasks will include:

• Be the first face our guests see, greeting them warmly, managing sign-ins and ensuring they are connected with the right team members without delay.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications, adeptly handling emails and mail, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Coordinating meeting room bookings, preparing spaces for meetings or events, and providing logistical support to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory management of office supplies, and keeping reception and common areas organized and welcoming.
• Ensure timely forwarding of invoices, mail, and cargo arriving at the office to the relevant persons, maintaining efficiency and organization.

Desired skills and experiences

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational company or hospitality setting
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Excellent communication skills and proper diction are essential, with a friendly, dynamic, and presentable demeanor.
