With your expertise in setting a clear vision you will make sure the team has the resources, tools and motivation needed to accomplish the project's goals. This position will report to one of YAGER's Managing Directors.In this position you will manage the development of one of our most recent projects (early stage), being the manager of discipline leads/directors, working closely with company management, key stakeholders' and external partners to develop an innovative, high-quality game that pushes player and market expectations. You will be responsible for the project from pre-production to a successful release and into a long-lasting live service game.Your MissionInspire a group of directors and leads who are responsible for the formulation, maintenance and execution of an engaging project visionBe responsible for effective and reliable milestone planning, hiring, quality management, and alignment with external partnersFrequently mentor the team on project management and leadership skillsFoster a trusting and collaborative relationship between external partners, company management, your project team and other projects within YAGERCreate and manage project plan, collaboratively, and ensure priorities and expectations are clear and deliveredIdentify and mitigate project risks swiftly and decisivelyBuild an effective, cohesive team with optimal processes and structure, and manage, develop, and improve it continuouslyDevelop your direct reports through regular actionable feedback, half-yearly performance evaluations, and setting clear and measurable growth goalsWork closely to the production department to maintain smooth processes throughout the projectPractice good stakeholder managementYour Skill TreeSpearheaded development and/or released games in an Executive Producer position10+ years of experience in games, have occupying a senior/executive role supporting mid+ size teamsExperience in a leadership role of a Live/GaaS productExcellent written English and verbal communication skillsExcellent understanding of game production in all its facetsAbility to strategically build a project and team for long-term and sustainable successKnowledge of core game genres (shooters, action-RPGs etc.)Understanding of games market and players needsCommitment to making grounded decisions based on solid argumentsExperience mentoring and coaching a group of Leads and DirectorsHigh degree of social intelligence and ability to guide and direct people managersReady for the Quest?We support you all the wayGet settled.
