TITLE: Design Director

DIVISION: Founded in 1990 by brothers Brian and Steve Raffel, Raven Software is the developer of numerous award-winning games including Hexen, Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and most recently, a major contributor to the blockbuster Call of Duty® franchise, including Call of Duty Cold War and Call of Duty Warzone. We have built a supportive, team-oriented culture dedicated to developing industry-leading talent that creates the best gaming experiences for our players. We are based in Middleton, Wisconsin, a suburb of Madison, annually ranked on numerous lists as one of the top places to live and work.

RELATIONSHIP: This position reports to the Studio Head.

YOUR MISSION:

As our Design Director, you will ensure that all products and experiences are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality, all while nurturing and growing the design department. In addition to communicating our creative vision to design teams and stakeholders, you will supervise the entire design process and all-important technical decisions. Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $134,000.00 - $247,900.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
