Responsibilities: Are you eager to make your dream game? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Lead Game Designer to join our new team. You will define the vision for a PC/Console game that you and the team always dreamed of, and you will guide the team in making it a reality! What you’ll get to do: Research and design the overall game vision Manage a small team of designers Oversee the design and implementation of different game systems. Communicate design vision to all disciplines Collect feedback from team members Requirements: What we are looking for: Minimum 7+ years of experience Demonstrated past experience in designing AAA online games. Ability to design complex systems User-centric, data oriented, strong analytical and logical thinking skills, coupled with a collaborative, open-minded, and self-motivated mindset. Pluses: Experience with Unreal or Unity engine. Location State(s) California The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $127,780 to $234,430 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
