Role highlights:
An Admin Executive contributes to overview of administrative functions of the office as supportive to HR and monitor Inventory movement, logistics, repairs and maintenance.
As an Admin Executive you’ll:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
• Arranging stationary items
• Overlook housekeeping activities
• Snacks & Pantry Management
• Office security & Access control Management
• Hardware procurement and installations as required
• Transport / Parking Management
• Travel Management, Vendor management and Courier Management
• Maintaining all Admin related MIS
• Weekend office maintenance and deep cleaning
• Regular maintenance & cleanup of office equipment’s
• Plan and organize all office events ensure all requirements are planned, budgeted and procured and adequately utilized for each event to make it a success
What we are looking for:
• Graduated or diploma with any degree
• 2 - 3 years working in the service or administrative industry preferred
• They must be proactive with their duties
• Should have a prior experience in the field or at least a similar one
• Hands on with MS – office
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn new things

• Think critically and apply analytical skills to solve complex problems.
• Function effectively within a large team.
• Quickly master tools and development processes.
• Take direction and criticism.
