It is the co-developer of worldwide hits PUBG MOBILE. -Our Vision: To Create the LIGHTSPEED Universe, the ecosystem that connects players and developers around the world. -Our Mission: To explore the future of gaming with true passion for games. -Our Slogan: the future of gaming with true passion for games. 1. ゲーム内キャラクターのオリジナルデザインを担当し、プロジェクトチームと協力してキャラクタースタイルを決めていただきます。 2. 一定レベルのAI関連スキルを持ち、AIを仕事に実際に応用することができ、キャラクターの立ち絵や関連するビジュアル素材の制作をご担当いただきます。 3. デザイナー、プログラマー、企画チームなど、他のチームメンバーと協力して、キャラクターデザインがゲームまたはアニメーションの全体スタイルとニーズに合うように調整していただきます。 4. 外部のイラストレーターと協力して作品のクオリティをチェックしていただきます。 1、负责游戏内角色的原创设计，配合项目制定游戏角色风格定位。 2、具备一定的AI相关技能,能够将AI实际运用到工作流中，负责绘制角色的立绘以及美宣相关制作。 3、与其他美术、程序员、策划等团队成员协作，确保角色设计符合整体游戏或动画的风格和要求。 4、协同外部画师跟进工作，把控制作品质。 Requirements: 1. 3年以上のゲームアート実務経験があり、2次元アニメ調ゲーム開発の経験がある方。 2. 2次元アニメ調のキャラクターのセンスを理解し、プロジェクトの世界観に合わせて独自性のあるデザインとデザインコンセプトを提示できる方。 3. 鋭い色感覚、強い美的感覚、美術の基礎能力と原画デザイン能力が高い方。 4. ACG分野に深い経験があり、業界の新しいスタイルに常に敏感で、映画、ゲーム、アニメなどが好きな方。チームワークができ、コミュニケーション能力が高い、強い責任感、積極的な姿勢を持つ方。 5. AIを活用してハイクオリティのキャラクターデザインを制作できる方。 6. アイデアがあって、論理的に考えることができ、広範な知識を持ち、考え方に独自性と洞察力を持っている方。 1.三年以上游戏美术工作经验，有二次元游戏开发经验； 2.对于二次元角色调性有较好的感觉，能够针对项目世界观作出有辨识度的设计和设计理念呈现； 3.有敏锐的色彩感觉较强审美能力扎实美术基础和原画设计能力； 4.ACG领域有资深经验，并对业界新风格始终保持敏感，热爱影视，游戏，动画等，具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力，责任感强，积极进取； 5.能够较好结合AI辅助完成高品质的角色设计； 6.思维活跃，逻辑缜密、知识面广、善于思考和创新，看事物有独特的见解和角度。 LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS is a leading global game developer, with teams across China, United States, Singapore, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates.
