It is the co-developer of the worldwide hit PUBG MOBILE. 1. 世界観とプレイ方法に従ってコンセプトデザインを行い、アイディアとプロジェクトへのアドバイスを提供していただきます。 2. シーンのニーズに従い、レイアウトから各道具の設定を決めていただきます。 3. 3Dアートにある程度の理解を持ち、3Dアートと協力してハイクオリティの成果物をあげていただきます； 4. サプライヤーやパートナーとのコミュニケーションを担当し、クオリティーチェックを行なっていただきます； 5. サプライヤーからもらった原画デザインのクオリティーチェックを行なっていただきます； 6. 原画・デザインの経験を積み、デザインの心得を皆にシェアしていただきます。 1. Carry out conceptual design based on the game background and gameplay, and provide creative ideas and product suggestions; 2. Plan the layout based on the scene requirements, and split the object settings; 3. Have a certain understanding of 3D art, and cooperate with 3D art to achieve high-quality art effects; 4. Responsible for communication with suppliers and partners, and control the quality of output; 5. Review the original painting design draft submitted by outsourcing; 6. Accumulate and share experience of key-animators and other designs. 1. 根据世界观和玩法进行概念设计，提供创意构思和产品建议； 2. 基于场景需求规划布局，拆分物件设定； 3. 对3D美术有一定的了解，和3D美术协作一同落地高品质美术效果； 4. 负责供应商及合作伙伴对接沟通，把控产出品质； 5. 审核外包提交的原画设计稿； 6. 积累和共享原画设计经验，分享设计经验。 Requirements: 1. アート関連専門を卒業し、5年以上の実務経験がある方。； 2. 優秀な総合的分析能力・クリエティブ能力をお持ちの方、デザインチームを管理したことがある方ならなお望ましいです； 3. アートの基礎知識があり、デザイン能力もある方ならなお良いです。 4. ゲームが好きな方、責任感がある方、学習能力とコミュニケーション能力が高い方、新しい技術の習得に熱心で、仕事に応用できる方。 1. Graduated from art major and have more than 5 years experience related. 2. Have good abilities in comprehensive analysis and creation. Experience in leading team is preferred. 3. Have solid art foundation, and have ability of conceptual design. 4. Love game industry, good at team work and communication.
